Doa sejahtera untuk Yerusalem 122:1 Nyanyian ziarah Daud. Aku bersukacita, ketika dikatakan orang kepadaku: "Mari kita pergi ke rumah TUHAN." 122:2 Sekarang kaki kami berdiri di pintu gerbangmu, hai Yerusalem. 122:3 Hai Yerusalem, yang telah didirikan sebagai kota yang bersambung rapat, 122:4 ke mana suku-suku berziarah, yakni suku-suku TUHAN, untuk bersyukur kepada nama TUHAN sesuai dengan peraturan bagi Israel. 122:5 Sebab di sanalah ditaruh kursi-kursi pengadilan, kursi-kursi milik keluarga raja Daud. 122:6 Berdoalah untuk kesejahteraan Yerusalem: "Biarlah orang-orang yang mencintaimu mendapat sentosa. 122:7 Biarlah kesejahteraan ada di lingkungan tembokmu, dan sentosa di dalam purimu!" 122:8 Oleh karena saudara-saudaraku dan teman-temanku aku hendak mengucapkan: "Semoga kesejahteraan ada di dalammu!" 122:9 Oleh karena rumah TUHAN, Allah kita, aku hendak mencari kebaikan bagimu.

122:1 <> I was glad when they said to me, "Let us go into the house of the LORD."
122:2 Our feet have been standing Within your gates, O Jerusalem!
122:3 Jerusalem is built As a city that is compact together,
122:4 Where the tribes go up, The tribes of the LORD, To the Testimony of Israel, To give thanks to the name of the LORD.
122:5 For thrones are set there for judgment, The thrones of the house of David.
122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: "May they prosper who love you.
122:7 Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces."
122:8 For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, "Peace [be] within you."
122:9 Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek your good.
